The Southern Africa Development Community has dispatched a Panel of Elders (PoE) after disputed elections held on the 23rd and 24th of August.
This follows a damning preliminary report of the SADC Election Observer Mission (SEOM) chaired by former Zambian vice president, Nevers Mumba.
The PoE is led by former Botswana Labour and Home Affairs Minister, Mr Charles Tibone.
Addressing the media, the team said their mission is to make sure that the right President chosen by the people is elected into power.
