Bulawayo High Court Justice Bongani Ndlovu has postponed to 10AM on Thursday the matter in which the nomination of 12 CCC MP candidates is being challenged.
The candidates filed their nomination papers after the 4pm deadline on 21 June.
The judge is expected to first rule on preliminary arguments before matter can proceed to merits
Professor Welshman Ncube and Advocate Thabani Mpofu represented the candidates at the High Court.
ZEC’s lawyer Tawanda Kanengoni, opposing Zanu PF applications, argued the applicants chose the wrong court.
