Prominent journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has slammed Nick Mangwana for supporting finance minister Mthuli Ncube’s development programs in Cowdray Park constintuency.
This comes after Bulawayo councillors accused Ncube for fixing roads and sinking boreholes without council permission.
Mangwana said Mthuli doesnt need permission to rehabilitate roads in a constituency.
Writing on Facebook, Chin’ono said Mangwana sees nothing wrong with Mthuli Ncube breaking the law.
He said: “Mthuli is deceitfully coming in as a saviour to Cowdray Park, yet the roads are in this state because his Government looted public funds meant for roads.”
He added that ZANUPF deliberately impoverishes Zimbabweans so that it can come election time and pretend to be their saviours.
