Former Justice of the Constitutional Court Yvonne Mokgoro (72) is critical in hospital after her car crash on 3 April 2023.
Mokgoro and two other former Justices were tasked to convene and rule on whether the Phalaphala case against President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa has anything to do with him having breached his executive ethic code.
In the finding leveled against the President the trio came on a finding that there is Prima Facie Evidence against the President & he must answer to the judicial bodies.
She is currently in the Intensive Care Unit of a Kimberley hospital in the Northern Cape.
Her car was slammed by a truck between Warrenton and Kimberley while driving from Johannesburg.
Police say the accident happened when her driver made an unexpected maneuver.
