Dr Clarence has come up with strategies to become a gold mafia in Zimbabwe following the Al Jazeera expose.
In a five minutes long video, Dr Clarence said the first technique is masterminding. He gave an example of Kamlesh Patin who is a multinational, multiprenuer.
A multiprenuer is a leader who is hyper mobile always making global connections with restless creativity and taking smart risks like Uebert Angel
He said the other characteric of a Gold Mafia is restless activity and creativity. Dr Clarence said Henrietta Rushwaya started only as a teacher but now leads Zimbabwe’s Miners Federation becoming a force to reckon with.
Dr Clarence also said a gold mafia is a conglomerate of novels always thinking and coming up with better ways of doing things using guerrilla techniques.
