FORMER Mozambican President Joaquim Chissano has arrived in Zimbabwe.
Chissano is the facilitator for the Zimbabwe arrears clearance and debt resolution process.
has arrived in the country for the Second Structured Dialogue Platform set for Thursday 23 February.
Zimbabwe established the Structured Dialogue Platform in 2022 with all creditors and development partners to find working solutions to deal with Zimbabwe’s long standings arrears.
African Development Bank President Dr Akinumwi Adesina, who was appointed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa as the Champion of the Arreas Clearance and Debt Resolution Process, will also take part in the meetings and is expected in the country on Wednesday.
