Zimbabwe long distance runner Isaac Mpofu broke the national record he set in July after clocking 2 hours 6 minutes and 48 seconds at the Valencia Marathon in Spain where he finished 12th.
Mpofu broke a national record in July when he clocked 2 hours 7 minutes 57 seconds at the World Athletics Championships in the United States erasing a record that was set by Cuthbert Nyasango in 2014.
