Zimbabwean Samantha Nyikadzino has joined Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team as an Electronics design engineer.
She is the second Zimbabwean engineer to join the team of the seven-time World Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton, following Stephanie Travers.
Samantha announced that she had joined the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One team on social media.
She wrote: “Today was an awesome day. Started as a Design Engineer for @MercedesAMGF1 and I’m pretty geeked!”
