Advisor in the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia delegation led by Ahmad Kattan, paid a courtesy call on President Emmerson Mnangagwa at the State House yesterday.
Kattan sought Zimbabwe’s support to host the Expo 2030.
He said Saudi Arabia was keen on scaling up diplomatic relations with Zimbabwe.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Ambassador Frederick Shava, who attended the meeting, said Mnangagwa agreed to support Saudi Arabia in hostin Expo 2030.
“The envoy had come to brief the President about Saudi Arabia’s interest to host the Expo 2030, and they have had discussions with the President.”
