Businessman Kuda Tagwirei’s hospital has offered to pay medical bills of a Zimbabwean patient who was humiliated by Limpopo MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba.
Arundel Hospital took to Twitter to announce their offer adding that they are looking for the woman who was due to undergo surgery at Bela Bela.
