Popular Zimbabwean musician, Vimbai Zimuto, has slammed Zimbabweans for their disorderly behaviour on the roads.
She was commenting following the road accident in which Prophet Passion Java’s car was involved in an accident.
Writing on Facebook, Vimbai said:
I wanted to talk about the Lady who lost her life after being hit by Passion Java’s body Guard but i didn’t want to sound insensitive, but am going to say it anyway.
Its sad that she lost her life,and i cannot imagine how her family must be feeling but lets also highlight the freedom of crossing the road that Zimbabweans have been exercising for many years now.
I dont want to completely blame pedestrians for this but imagine living in a situation where 3/4 robots are not working,zebra crossings akadzima, motorists barely indicate or wear safety belts.
The transport sector has failed us dismally.I will only Say may her dear soul Rest in Peace.
