Newly announced Zulu King Misuzulu ka Zwelithini began his duties today by holding meetings with various provincial government officials.
King Misuzulu is now awaiting hus official certificate that has been sent for signing by South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa.
The Ming’s coronation will follow after the official government processes.
According to eNCA, King Misuzulu will soon be presenting his budgwet, which is expected to be above the R71 million that the Royal house received last year.
The new king is also expected to appoint a new board for the Ingonyama Trust, which holds over 2 million hectares of land on behalf of the Zulu kingdom.
