Tichafa Augustine Matambanadzo who is mostly known by his radio name ‘Tich Mataz’ says Africans should learn to gain from people with experience like his .
In a video on social media Mataz said if people allow networking systems it will help in avoiding problems encountered by those who have passed that stage.
“I gained a positive mind towards everything that i put my mind to and that’s the same mentality that should be passed on through networking systems “, he added.
He further added that when establishing businesses, people should establish something that goes beyond their life time . This was noticed as businesses established before independence collapsed after independence.
Adding on, Mataz revealed that because of his father’s business collapse, things did not turn out well for him as he was forced to transfer from a bording school to a public school.
“It was a difficult environment to dream on “, he added.
Moreover he added that family environment is extremely important and his father tried all he could to take him to a better school.

Mataz went on to reveal that before high school he once worked in an ice cream business where he was packing ice creams.
He started his first busines when he was just 15. He used to do ties, dust coats with his friend and one day they got a big order which gave them almost US$15 000.
