UK based Mufudzi Chambuka has became the first candidate to announce his intention to contest in the 5 December By-elections.
Chambuka, who has been in the UK for over 20 years, says he brings unique skills from his years of living in the UK.
Chambuka says he is confident of winning and promises to deliver change in Harare which he says has deteriorated because of poor management.
Chambuka says the electorate needs to look at the CV of the people that they elect and should stop voting blindly based on the basis of party names or symbols.
