Harare based entrepreneur Kuda Musasiwa says he has managed to employ more than 200 young men at his fresh produce farm.
Msasiwa said his business model is disruptive and innovative to the Mbare Musika model which has been in place for decades.
He added that the young people that work for himwere unemployed in 2018 until he empowered them.
Musasiwa said he started fresh farm out of desperation to get his produce to the market however the farm has expanded to become one of the biggest farms in Zimbabwe.
Kuda said despite Covid-19 his business is booming, it has shot from 350 online orders a day to more than 3000 orders
