In another twist to the Thabani Mpofu court case, a man has sent a video statement confirming that he is Simbarashe Zuze.
Simbarashe Zuze is the man who brought a constitutional court application against the appointment of Zimbabwe Prospector General Kumbirai Hodzi.
Police arrested Advocate Thabani Mpofu claiming that Simbarashe Zuze did not exist.
Zuze says he went to the police with his ID and his passport to confirm that he indeed existed. However, the police still went ahead and arrested Advocate Thabani Mpofu.
Mpofu is out on $2000 bail after he was arrested for obstruction of Justice.
