MDC MP for Harare North Allan Norman Markham has been released from remand.
He was represented by the Zimbabwe Lawyers For Human Rights Lawyer Obey Shava.
The matter was heard at the Harare Magistrates Court.
He was held on public violence charges for allegedly burning a car park in Hatcliff.
The unfortunate event took place in January this year.
