Mayor Wadyajena and Kuda Tagwirei have made peace with each other.
Tagwirei has now paid US$1 800 000 to Wadyajena, who in turn withdrew a US$3 600 000 lawsuit at the High Court.
Partnership
The two former business partners fought over money in early 2017,after their partnership received a lot of money from the controversial command agriculture program and other corrupt deals.
This resulted in their partnership being dissolved.
Mnangagwa
Wadyajena then approached ED Mnangagwa who mediated on the dispute. However, Tagwirei was not satisfied with the result and only paid $600 000 of the amount that had been agreed before Mnangagwa.
Agreement
As part of the agreement, Wadyajena and Tagwirei agreed not to sue each other again.
