Mr. Kennedy Sithole
This Notice serves to inform the general public and all WAN WENJIN JEWELLERS (PVT) LIMITED stakeholders and relevant government departments/local authorities that Kennedy Sithole whose photograph appear above is not a director, shareholder, employee, agent, or authorised representative of the Company. The Company has noted with concern allegations that Mr. Sithole may have been involved in the creation and presentation of fraudulent company documents, including purported board resolutions. These matters are currently under formal investigation by competent authorities.
Accordingly, Mr. Kennedy Sithole has no authority-actual, ostensible, or implied-to transact, communicate, commit, or bind the Company in any manner whatsoever. Any person or entity that chooses to engage with him or rely on documents originating from him does so entirely at their own risk.
All Government departments, law-enforcement authorities, Provincial Mining Directors, Ministry of Mines personnel, financial institutions, business partners, and members of the public are hereby requested to exercise extreme caution and to verify any document or representation purported to be issued on behalf of the Company.
