Ref: Informing your honourable office of my birthday celebrations.
Although it is not the requirements of the law to notify you about private social gatherings of individuals, I decided out of courtesy to inform your honourable office that I shall hold my birthday celebrations on the day of my birth the 30th of October. The celebrations will be held on the said date, the 30th of October 2025, at Chaminuka Ground B/ Macheka Square in St. Mary’s from 10 am to 5 pm. I have done what is required in terms of Council requirements, that is, the booking and payment for the venue.
I expect about 200 guests from friends, relatives, colleagues, ambassadors, and other dignitaries to attend. In light of the dignitaries who are attending my birthday celebrations, it would be prudent that the security of the guests is protected.
