WATCH LIVE as Gambakwe looks at the appeal by Esther Lungu which was heard in the Pretoria High Court today.
In the video, Gambakwe explains that the lawyers of Esther Lungu are challenging the full judgement saying an agreement can not be made over a corpse. Esther Lungu also argues that the law of Zambia can not be applied to an agreement reached in South Africa. Gambakwe explains that the lawyer Tembeka Ngcukaitobi struggled to explain himself as he appeared to not fully understand the judgement.
