Astronomer CEO Andy Bryon has resigned following a scandal that erupted after his romantic affair with HR Chief Kristin Cabo was allegedly exposed during a Coldplay concert attended by company executives and staff.
The Board of Directors had earlier placed both Bryon and Cabo on administrative leave and launched an internal investigation into the matter, which insiders say raised serious concerns about professional misconduct, abuse of power, and compromised HR oversight.
Bryon, who joined Astronomer in 2019, has not publicly commented on the allegations. His departure marks a dramatic fall for the once-celebrated tech leader.
