This high-level meeting, aimed at deepening strategic bilateral ties and strengthening Pan-African diplomatic engagement, was co-chaired by Bakhta Selma Mansouri, the Secretary of State to the Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of African Affairs, and Albert Ranganai Chimbindi, Zimbabwe’s Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
