Just days after Amber Stoter won her case for unfair dismissal at the Reading Employment Tribunal, Olinda Chapel co-founder of the business at the center of the disputeĀ has taken to Instagram with a cryptic and provocative post.
Captioning a photo of herself in a green patterned dress, Chapel wrote, “Just call me Shamva Mines… Nokuti vanoda kundichera “Hashtag: #golddigger

The statement comes in the wake of a ruling that found Chapel unfairly dismissed Stoter just 48 hours after the latter lodged a formal complaint of alleged sexual misconduct against Chapelās husband, musician Tytan Nkomo.
According to tribunal records, Stoter accused Tytan of making inappropriate remarks, including referring to her as his āpropertyā and commenting on one of her photos saying, āThatās not the only thing you make go hard.ā
Stoter, who represented herself in court, said she was āambushedā into a meeting with Olinda and fired shortly after raising her concerns. The tribunal ruled in her favor, describing the dismissal as a direct retaliation for raising serious allegations.
While the ruling has sparked discussions around workplace rights, gender dynamics, and abuse of power, Olindaās Instagram post appears to brush off the legal loss with sarcasm and portraying herself as a āgoldmineā relentlessly targeted by others.
