ZANU-PF businessman, Kuda Tagwirei, is set to attend the Consultative Assembly meeting of ZANU-PF on Friday, 4 July 2025. This follows his attendance at the Politburo, the Central Committee and his co-option at the Harare Province.
The National Consultative Assembly meeting of ZANU-PF will be attended by senior party members from across Zimbabwe’s provinces, making it a broader gathering than the Central Committee8. This includes provincial leaders, district and ward representatives, and other senior officials who represent the party’s structures nationwide. The assembly serves as a platform for wider engagement beyond the Central Committee, which is the highest decision-making body outside of Congress.

While the Central Committee meeting today (July 3, 2025) is attended by top party leadership including President Mnangagwa, Vice Presidents, and Central Committee members, the National Consultative Assembly tomorrow will include a larger group of senior party members from all provinces to discuss party-wide consultations and policy matters
