Zimbabwe Musical Icon Jah Prayzah faces yet another controversy as he is alleged to have plagiarized Kurai Makore’s song.
A scholar raised concerns that one of his latest songs (Moto) bears striking similarities to a track released last year by fellow artist Kurai Makore (Kanyarungwe).
Jah Prayzah who has never been accused of such. In 2014 he admitted to using the beat of a Ghanian musician on his song Mwanasikana.
The two artist however are said to have plagiarized from Thomas Mapfumo’s classic song Ndave Kuenda.
