The SADC Chairperson and Zimbabwe President Mnangagwa has arrived at Mt Hampden for the SADC Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government.
He was accompanied by the first Vice President Dr Constantino Chiwenga and other senior government officials.
Also at the event is President Andry Rajoelina of the Republic of Madagascar. President Filipe Nyusi of the Republic of Mozambique.
