Nigeria’s Chidimma Adetshina, emerged as the first runner-up at the 73rd Miss Universe Pageant held in Arena Ciudad de Mexico.
This is the first time ever a Nigerian has come close to winning the famous pageantry competition.

Chidima who pulled out of Miss Universe South Africa due to scrutiny about her elligibility made it to the Top 5 together with Mexico, Thailand, Denmark and Venezuela.
