Happiest 2️⃣3️⃣rd anniversary to my dearest Sandi, my Candilicious my woman for all seasons. I remember on that pavement on 9th Avenue & Main Street in Bulawayo near Radio Limited opposite Cafe Baku, the moment I knew for certain that someday you would be mine forever that was in 1997, before that we met at your cousin Coco (Ndlovu)’s birthday party in 1995, in 1996 you borrowed a business management book and I used to see you at City Hall and Orientals buying those delicious pies 🥧 that we now share with our kids, then there was umama (your mom) at Haddon & Sly whose spirit I absolutely loved even though I was her auditor, and I would overhear her and work-colleague-friends saying “this one would make a nice mkwenyana” (she probably said a prayer or fueled yours) then there are those years in church singing in the choir & music team & loving God serving people & destiny…all said and done we were married by 2001 and here we are 23 years later! What a journey, what a love 💕 it matures with time as they say…I love you 🥰 & thank you for praying for me, supporting me, seeing my low moments without despising me!
