Zimbabwean activist Evan Mawarire celebrated his 47th birthday yesterday.

Evan born 7 March 1977 is a pastor and democratic activist.

He came to prominence during the 2016–17 Zimbabwe protests that challenged the rule of Robert Mugabe’s government.
