American rapper Meek Mill says he wants Ghananian citizenship
Prominent American rapper, Meek Mill has announced his desire to obtain Ghanaian citizenship.
In a tweet on X platform, Meek Mill cited the oppressive treatment of Black individuals in America is the main reason he wants to leave.
He said: “I wanna get citizenship in Ghana!!!! America made to tear black men down if you don’t follow orders!”
Mill last visited Ghana in December 2022, where he performed at Afro-Nation and expressed his admiration for the country.
