The Business Community of BULAWAYO have made an Urgent Chamber Application to the High Court to suspend the demos.
In an urgent Chamber Application, whose copy has been exclusively given to Patriots Info, the Confederation of Zimbabwe Retailers Association, the Bulawayo United Residents Association, the Grain Miller’s Association of Zimbabwe, the Apostolic Christian Council of Zimbabwe and Mr Davis Muhambi are the applicants.
The MDC has been named the first respondent and the Officer Commanding Bulawayo and the Commissioner General of Police are the second and third respondents respectively.
