Benjani Mwaruwari and Banda have been applauded by ZIFA for complying with their statues.
Mwaruwari and Banda were disqualified as ZIFA President candidates as they failed eligibility test of five O’levels.
They challenged this decision by taking the matter to Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS).
This is said to be the right channels of dealing with any grievances that are associated with ZIFA.
ZIFA said it Co-operate with them as they complied with their Statues to challenge the eligibility at CAS.
Zimbabwean Football Association praised them after Magaya challenged their decision with the High Court which is unconstitutional.
