Ngezi Platinum Stars captain Qadr Amini was on Friday night crowned as the 2023 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Soccer Star of the Year.
The 33-year-old was accompanied by his two wives to receive the Soccer Star of the Year crown.
Amini received US$7,500(R150 000) prize money.
He said: “I’m speechless. I can’t express my joy right now but I want to thank my teammates and my coach Takesure Chiragwi; you are the best.”
