Alleged scheme: Donzvambeva and three fugitive accomplices allegedly forged title deeds for the property in the name of “Grace Communications (Pvt) Ltd,” though the land legally belonged to the complainant.

Actions taken: Using the forged deed, they applied to subdivide the property and sold one subdivided stand to a buyer (Dr. Chiza). They also used the forged documents to initiate eviction proceedings against the lawful owner.

Investigation findings: The City of Harare, Ministry of Local Government, and Deeds Department confirmed the land had formerly belonged to the State, was later offered to the complainant, and no legitimate title deed had ever been issued for that property.
