INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS – CENTRAL GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES
The Ministry invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified individuals to serve as Non-Executive Board Members for various Central Government Ministries, whose role is to enhance compliance with the Public Finance Management Act [Chapter 22:19]. The Non-Executive Board Members will provide independent assurance and advice on governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting, thereby strengthening transparency and accountability across Ministries.
Requirements
Applicants should have:

A degree in either Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, Risk Management, Economics, Information Technology, Public Administration, Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, Commercial Law or equivalent.

Relevant Master’s degree.

Professional qualification in the relevant fields.

Membership to a relevant professional body where applicable.

At least 5 years’ experience at executive, senior management, or board level;

High integrity, objectivity, and strong analytical and communication skills.
