Controversial businessman and football enthusiast Wicknell Chivayo has pledged a whopping US$100,000 to Scotland FC players and an additional US$10,000 to their coach, Tonderai Ndiraya, following the team’s electrifying 5–2 victory over FC Platinum.
Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Chivhayo celebrated the underdog team’s triumph with characteristic flair.
“WELL DONE SCOTTLAND FC I’m so proud of you.. 100 thousand USD for the players and 10 thousand USD for coach NDIRAYA… Marova team ya NORMAN, I’m still in SHOCK… WELL DONE ,” he wrote.
