Vice President Dr Constantino Chiwenga is in Victoria Falls for the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe’s (PRAZ) 4th annual public procurement conference.
Chiwenga was accompanied by Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Matabeleland North, Richard Moyo.
