Controvesial businessman Wicknell Chivayo has clarified why he offered Chimurenga musician Thomas Mapfumo a small token of US$700 000.
Responding to journalist Hopewell Chin’ono, Wicknell said he wanted to recognize Mapfumo for his remarkable contribution during the liberation struggle.
