Who: Isaac Mugwagwa (aka Boss Rhodes), a Harare car dealer.

What: At 3:30 AM on March 28, he tried to force his way into State House to see President Mnangagwa, claiming people were chasing him and he needed protection. He ignored security orders and was arrested for trespassing.

Outcome: He appeared in court in June 2026. Bail was not opposed, but he remained in custody, with the case postponed.
