The Supreme Court of Appeal has set aside an order of the High Court that initially granted the Zambian Government authority to bury him.
ORDER
On appeal from: Gauteng Division of the High Court, Pretoria (Ledwaba AJP and Mudau ADJP et Potterill sitting as court of first instance):

The appeal is upheld with costs, including the costs of two counsel where so employed.

The order of the high court is set aside and is replaced by the following order:
‘The application is dismissed with costs, including those of two counsel where so employed.’
