This comes after Activist, Rutendo Benson Matinyarare,who is sponsored by Tagwirei,  launched a direct attack at Mnangwa’s track record.  Tagwirei,who is opposed to Mnangagwa’s term extension to 2030, agrees with a 7 year term extnsion and wants to take over and finish Mnangagwa’s term.

Jared drowned on 22 March 2026 while canoeing and fishing with a friend at the Quiet Waters Dam, located on the school’s grounds.The canoe the two boys were using reportedly capsized. While his friend was able to swim to safety and raise the alarm, Jared did not survive.
