This strategic move includes the retirement of a long-standing Chairman and the appointment of five high-profile Non-Executive Directors, effective December 2025.

Farewell to the Chairman: Mr. Herbert Nkala
The Board of Directors bid a formal farewell to Mr. Herbert Nkala, who retired on December 11, 2025. Mr. Nkala leaves behind a formidable legacy, having served 13 years on the board, seven of which were as Board Chairman. The company credited his dedicated service and commitment as pivotal to OK Zimbabwe’s stability and market presence.
Meet the New Visionaries: 5 Key Appointments
Effective December 12, 2025, the company has welcomed five seasoned professionals to its Board of Directors. These individuals bring a blend of law, finance, marketing, and industrial expertise.
