Gilbert Nyathi is at the center of a scandal after he was allegedly caught red-handed cheating on his wife, Mai Nyathi, with a “slim, light-skinned” woman at a local lodge.
According to eyewitness Ketina Ananiah, who shared the dramatic account on social media, Nyathi had booked into the lodge three days prior with his mystery lover. A concerned staff member, said to be overwhelmed with guilt, tipped off Mai Nyathi about the affair.
In a bold move, Mai Nyathi reportedly took an Uber straight to the scene. Upon arrival, she stormed the reception area and began shouting, demanding to see her husband.
Despite Nyathi allegedly refusing to come out of the room, Mai Nyathi and her supporters referred to in the viral post as “vana mai dhumuza”managed to get hold of the CCTV footage after paying for it.
So far, Nyathi has not publicly responded.
