The National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe clarified that prosecution had been declined against Dj Ollah due lack of intent .
The press statement revealed that Madondo well known as Dj Ollah had no intention of bullying Mudiwa.
“..as the podcast host, lacked intent to harass or bully,as statements were made by his guest during a live broadcast,”
The statement also revealed that the prosecutor general had the final say not the complaint.
