Businessman Mike Chimombe and Moses Chimombe have requested that the fraud trial should begin afresh.
This after new assessor made an appearance on the ongoing case.
They argued that a restart is best for fair assessment as the new assessors need to be part of all the proceedings.
They stated that they should begin afresh to accommodate the new assessors.
The case has been adjourned to 21 March both sides are to submit their application, the defense to submit on the 19 and the state to submit on the 20th of March
