Businessman Mike Chimombe’ appeal has been rejected by the supreme court.
His bail appeal was rejected on the basis that he might interfere with witnesses or abscond.
Chimombe has been in prison since June 2024 and is accused of a high profile fraud case which involve misusing funds of presidential goat pass on scheme.
