Walter Magaya, a self-proclaimed prophet and founder of the PHD Ministries. Recently, Magaya has come under fire for allegedly falsifying his academic credentials, a situation reminiscent of the case involving Dexter Nduna, who faced scrutiny over similar issues.
Magaya, who claimed to possess a diploma from the University of South Africa (UNISA), has been accused of lying about his educational background while vying for the presidency of the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA).
UNISA has since stated that no record of such a diploma exists, highlighting the serious implications of misrepresenting academic qualifications in Zimbabwe.
In a similar vein, Nduna was criticized for his questionable claims regarding his academic achievements, drawing parallels to Magaya’s deceptive practices.
