Trevor Simbarashe Mbizvo well known as Hell Commander has been charged of fraud after faking his HiV certificate and also rape.
The Zimbabwean business tycoon is said to have forged his HIV certificate and exposed his lover Laisy Ramakone to HIV.
He is said to have removed the condom during their encounter thus exposing her through unprotect physical contact.
He is set to appear in Pretoria Magistrate court on the 7th of November.
