Ian Khama accuses ZANU PF of Infiltrating Botswana to rig elections

Former Botswana President Ian Khama has accused the ruling party ZANU PF of infiltrating Botswana in order to rig elections.

Launching Modiri Jojo Lucas as the parliamentary candidate of the Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF) in Francistown South last Sunday, Khama said the ruling party could be preparing to rig the general elections by using Zimbabweans to vote.

Botswana will hold their Presidential elections on the 30th of October 2024.

Khama said if Zimbabweans managed to cast their votes in Mozambique’s general elections last week, they could do that to help the ruling party in Botswana.
